Returns & Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA)

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligibility for return: Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): 

You ARE required to contact Customer Service via the contact form and request an RMA number. 

Shipping and labeling of returns.

Shipping cost for a returned item: You will be solely responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable.

Clear Label and RMA number: You will also be responsible for clearly labeling the correct return address and the RMA number. 


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after receiving and inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original payment method). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
